 NOTICE OF ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING

  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual stockholders meeting of the Farmer’s Cooperative Equity Company (FCE) with locations in Isabel, Medicine Lodge, Lake City, Nashville, Sawyer and Zenda will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the 4-H FAIR BULIDING IN PRATT, KS. The fair building is located on south main at the corner of HIGHWAY 281 AND HIGHWAY 64 (go east ¼ mile to entrance and then south to building).

 

The board of directors extends an invitation to the stockholders and their guests for a dinner at 6:30 p.m. Following dinner the annual financial statement, election of two directors and any other business will be brought before the membership.

 The two directors positions that will expire this year are presently held by Chris Boyd for position 3 and Craig Rankin for position 4.  They are both eligible serve again.

The board has a nomination committee which consists of Gene Depenbusch, chairman, Steve Simon, and Monte Lawrenz.

            Entertainment this year will be The Sweet Adeline’s which should be an excellent performance.

           This will be the 96th year for FCE which did have a great year. We sincerely hope that you can attend. Since a meal will be prepared, it is important that we know in advance how many will be in attendance. No card will be sent, so we ask that you call any FCE location to make reservations.
