NOTICE

 LDP LOAN DEFICIENCY PAYMENT

Producers need to have on file with their local FSA Office prior to selling wheat a (LDP) Agreement and Request, if an LDP could be earned.

It’s been a few years since a LDP has been paid on any crops, however, with the decline in grain prices, there is a good possibility for 2016.

Producers should contact their FSA Office for the daily changing Posted County Price (PCP) prior to selling any wheat or you may verify the price daily at the following link:

Producers need to complete CCC-633EZ form and have it on file at their FSA office.
